WINE-MAKING PROCESS:
18 days of fermentation and maceration in new French oak barrels with punch-downs as the extraction method. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Bottled without mechanical processes or filtration. Aging for 36 months in 225L fine-grained French oak barrels with a medium-high toast. The remaining time spent in bottle until today.
TASTING:
Appearance: Clean and bright, with a cherry-red color and violet hues. Vibrant rim, showing no signs of aging. High intensity. On the nose: Intense aromas, with hints of black fruits (blueberries and plums), mineral terroir, and licorice. Spices such as clove, touches of cocoa, and fine tobacco also appear. The oak is perfectly integrated, developing over time. The entry on the palate is very powerful and dense. Ample volume, with a silky texture. Long and persistent finish. Well-balanced acidity, which lends freshness and vibrancy. Decanting is recommended before serving. Great aging potential. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16°–18°C.
